Kate Baird graduated from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh and then graduated from Art Institute of Philadelphia with a degree in Photography. She previously attended Delcastle Vocational School, where she earned a specialized degree in Commercial Art. She now resides with and works next to me in Oak Orchard, Delaware. We are partners in Real Estate sales and service for our clients, as well as partners in life!

Kate does the brochures, photography, digital manipulations and the commercial art aspects of our real estate business. She is an excellent architectural photographer and layout artist. We have, I think, the best looking real estate brochures around. And they help sell our properties. It is not unusual for her to spend dozens of hours getting each photograph just right for each of our brochures. She also does most of the photography work for our web sites. As a hobby Kate does some highly manipulated and enhanced digital photography. She seldom has faces in her portraiture, preferring to let the images to have an "anyone" quality. I hope you will find some enjoyment and intrigue in her images!
